Are You Eligible to Join?

Membership now exceeds 400,000 officers in over sixty-three countries and is steadily rising. Membership is open to any serving or former Police Officer meeting the requirements as set out in the Canadian Section Constitution. Membership is offered regardless of rank, race, sex, colour or creed.


Members are often extended courtesies, offered assistance and given tours that would not normally be available to the general public. If you are a traveller seeking fun, excitement and new friends in far away places, you will be pleased to know there will be a friendly face there to meet you.   Membership in IPA Canada costs $30.00 and the hard copy application should have two passport size photos attached. They do not have to be the 'official' passport photo and a digital version will suffice. Hard copy applications should be forwarded to the address of the Region you feel you reside in. Regional addresses are listed at the bottom of each Regional page.   You will be contacted by the Regional Membership Secretary to follow up on your application. On being accepted you will recieve an IPA 'Passport', your first annual stamp and an IPA Canada lapel pin.
